Which pulses should I start for 7 month old baby

A. moong and arhar. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

A. Moong , It is the lightest one that you should be giving to the child to begin with so you can add some rice water to it salt and little bit of turmeric powder and that is what you can give to the child on regular basis it is the lightest food for the child in initial days
