RashmiMom of a 11 yr 10 m old girl2 hours agoA. Calpol the regular you can give approximately 1MM to 1.5 ML as you mentioned your child is 10 kg approximately 1.5 ML you can give to the child which would be good and please check with your doctor for further assistance
