ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, avoid giving oats to 6 months old baby. Oats is bulky so fills baby’s small stomach and reduces the appetite for other food. Oats can be given after 2 years. Prefer to give homemade cerelac instead of giving commercially available packaged foods.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Babies can eat Quaker oatmeal once they have become at least six months old. Before they have turned six months of age, it's recommended to offer them only breastmilk.
