Which nutrients should I give to my 2.6 years old child to increase her weight?

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child. offer more liquids and fruits to improve appetite and digestion

A. in order to improve the weight of the baby I would recommend you to give more of carbohydrates to the child should try to get lots of starchy food to the baby you should try to give white rice potato coconut water dry fruits eggs
