which month I start a food in baby and which type of food start? #asktheexperts

A. dear mum, top food should be started for your baby only after completion of 6 months. until then you should exclusively breastfeed. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. you can begin with foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd.
