Give him two major meal and one snack a day
Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.

You should Start feeding dates to the child from the beginning itself from the age of 6 to 7 months whenever you start giving semisolid food to the child been introduced dates another kind of dry fruits also to the child from the very beginning itself because they’re healthy in every manner
