which milk should i have to use for my 7 mo ths baby for making suji dishes for him... doctor says cow milk should not be given till 1 year it is not safe

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear mum top milk can be used in little amount for preparation of recipe like porridge or kheer or as milk product like curd paneer
you can use any of the milk whether cow milk or buffalo milk
other than that the source of milk for baby should be breast milk
