For FEVER as well as PAIN kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body spongfe to decrease the surface temperature. Also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give Paracetamol. higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation

Crocin DS Would be the correct medicine that you can give at this age to your child you can give it according to the weight of your child it will be mentioned on the bottle I said so whatever is the current weight of your child the dosage is going to be accordingly
