Hello doctor, my son is 7 years old. He's having fever from Mrnin. What medicine to give him? Pls help

A. fepanil 250 5 ml 3 times a day bhFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
