RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl3 months agoA. For a newborn child it is not advisable to use Kajal because whatever is coming in the market is not good and generally home-made is also not considered good because you put it into the eyes of your child it blocks the duckts which is extremely unhealthy
