My Suggestion to you would be to start with rice Dal water porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato mashed sweet potato Suji Kheer Upma dairy products like Paneer cheese curd buttermilk all these things you can give to the child from the beginning it’s not their very healthy and try to give as much amount of water as you can
