AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom As ur child is 7 years old, u can use dove soap for ur baby.. This will help to make skin soft and smooth.. Or u can also continue to use baby soap if u are using.. Take care and all the best
