kshiti 0Mom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy5 years agoA. Mama protinex is very good. If you are weighted then its not good to take any powder as it has sugar, also if u have thyroid avoid protine drinks and try taking good fiber content food .milk without sugar,daals, fruits excluding papaya and pineapple.
