give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

Probiotics , meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits , soups , daliya , khichdi, porridge, upma, sheera etc
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Don't give packaged and processed food, maida items, excess suagr and salt
