No it is not harmful but if you have an option of using a better thing then of course you should offer for steel because steel does not give you any benefit or it does not give you any negative impacted are very neutral kind of metal that you are using and it is hundred percent safe to be used easy to maintain and sterilise as compare to a plastic bottle with any day a much better choice for you to use
