ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you may she rice and mix of dals such as yellow moong , tur , channa dal , red dal .. take it in a ration of 2:1 . Wash them and sun dry and dry roast them separately and then make it into a fine powder and mix and keep it in a air tight container
