which formula milk is good for constipation my breast milk is very low so doctor suggested similac plus but my baby get conspitaion

Maam it’s totally normal for a child to be constipated in this age in fact they can go without pooping for 10 to 15 days also but if the child is comfortable taking the feeds properly the urine output is good then there is actually no problem if you want you can add some fennel seeds into water that you boil for making formula that will help in keeping the stomach cool
