start other liquids like rice water or fruit purees or dal ka Pani Along with breast milk on demand . .

Aptmil And Similac both are quite a good brand to go for so you can go for either of them which one do you want to go ahead with seven months plus you can also go ahead with packet tone pasteurised milk that is also good option to introduce after the age of six months
