Aptmil gold is actually very good so you definitely can proceed with that stage one would be good for you to use as of now and stage two can be given after completing the age of seven months also I would like to tell you that you are buying it for emergency that is fine but it’s an expensive milk so make sure that you finish it within four weeks of opening up the package otherwise it is going to get spoiled
