Which footwear is better normal sleepers or clogs for for 1.5 year

At this age kids need to be kept into a proper food where were you can cover their feet completely and they have a proper Locker around it as in you can go for Sundays or shoes there going to be a much better option because at this age kids do not have a proper grip on to the sleepers which is my go for something which is going to be more covering and a better for the child
