Give good quality proteins a part of their diet , such as eggs, chicken ,fish if preferred, also panner, soya, panner, dals, legumes such as rajma, lobia , chana , sprouts , nuts and seeds as well

Lunch: Rice/roti + dal + vegetables + paneer
Evening: Fruit + nuts or curd
Dinner: Roti/rice + dal + vegetables + protein
9–12 hours of sleep every night.
At least 1 hour of outdoor play daily.
Avoid too many sugary drinks, chips, and junk food.

You can do proper proteins in all the meals that you are offering to the child as that’s very important in the growing age at the same time also I’m going to advise you that please put your child into good physical sports activities because these days is very important for the child to be physically active for overall growth health and height
