You can begin with foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.

Initially, u can give mashed banana, mashed potatoes, boiled rice, curd (plain), boiled apple, fruit purees, dal ka pani, porridge (daliya), kheer, boiled veggies, khichdi, homemade cerelac, water (2-3 tspn). Once the child gets accustomed to these, u can further include palin roti, suji halwa etc. in his/her diet
