A. Dear mum, you can begin to give foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Continue to breastfeed.
