A. Hello mam, Instead of cow milk is soy milk, oats milk, almond milk instead of cow milk Also you can give soya nuggets, tofu, beans , daal, oats, dry fruits instead of cows milk

Hello ma’am There is no replacement to Milk so if you do not want to continue with cows milk you can start giving regular buffaloes milk to your child as it is much more healthier and take her over cows milk any day. Apart from that if you are looking for anything else you can consult your paediatricia
