ExpertArchanaNutritionist3 years agoA. you can start once baby completes 6 months.. also you can give Ragi, banana as well you can give oats porridge.. try to give food in small quantity and do not forcefully feed baby. give small but meals every 2-3 hours.

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
