Which food i should give her to weight put on is any problem of under weight babies

A. Dear parent, to put on weight, you should give a homemade balanced diet to your baby having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates, cashew nuts. 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Variety of grains, cereal, pulses and legumes. Add ghee to baby’s food.
