*Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana.
*Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable.
*Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron.

please give one citrus fruit daily
vitamin c is very important for proper absorption of iron
