A. hello dear parent add protein rich foods milk and milk products, nuts, eggs, non veg sources of protein dal and pulses , add whole grains , include plenty of fluids, encourage daily physical activity along with diet

A. good morning I would recommend you try to give food which is rich in calcium including milk and Milk products you can try to give roasted makhana as and dates as well to the child if you want you can give calcium supplement also
