Whole Grains Sprouts,
spices like Cumin Seeds, and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds.
And lots of fluids including boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

if you are a breastfeeding mother you can have more amount of water which is the best thing for the breastfeeding along with that try to have more amount of dry fruits fruits and vegetables which give more nutrition for your child through the breast milk.
any kind of food you can have but always have it in the limits as anything in more can affect your child, soecifically gas forming food and heat common food
