give Healthy food items like variety of fruits (apple ,pear ,peach , papaya, banana, avacado ) ,boiled veggies (spongegurd , bottleguard, ashgurd, pumpkin,sweet potatoes, potato) ,mix veg khichdi, mix veg soup,ragi Daliya , banana pancakes ,suji kheer etc
