A. Dear mum, after pregnancy, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You should have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have adequate fluid intake.
