ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 weeks agoA. Namaste Mom, Baby can be given now semi solids and mashed consistency foods as such , here you could probably give 2 to 3 main meals and 1 to 2 times snacks and alter them with your feed

You should give proper breakfast lunch and dinner to the child three meals a day where you can include Khichdi porridge mashed banana potato sweet potato varieties of dairy products food that you can prepare out of ragi oats and also go through the Baby meal planner section on the app
