Avoid giving baby finger foods that are large, sticky or don’t dissolve easily, because they’re potential choking hazards.
You can give- Puffs and dry cereal,
Ripe banana, peach, watermelon, raspberries, blueberries and avcodo cut into small pieces are all great finger food options, cooked sweet potato, or beets, cheese, beans.

You can give home made french fries or wedges. Boiled carrots etc. Cook it well and give bite sized portion to baby. Make sure that the baby is always assisted or watched by any adult while eating food or drinking water even if the baby tries to eat on it's own.
