which cerlac is given for breakfast lunch dinner for six months old baby.. how much ml of water per day . as my baby had constipation issue .. so I need cerlac guidance for my six month old baby

Flavours like rice and apple are available in this age but I don’t understand why do you want to give it to the child for all three meals of breakfast lunch and something which is not at all important quantity to be given to the child why do you want to give it when you have options of giving fresh home-made food to the child which is at least going to yield good health to your child
