which cerlac is best for 7 months old girl baby.And please suggest what to feed ?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods to your baby. Instead give homemade cerelac.
You can give foods like homemade cerelac, ragi porridge, cereal and pulses, kheer, vegetable dal rice, khichadi.
Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Continue to breastfeed.
