Wash and dry - rice, moongdal, chanadal, toordal,ragi ,urad dal ,wheat(or any two to three types) take 2:1:1:1 (rice double ) add jeera, ajwain each table spoon dry roast for awhile and grind into fine powder store in air tight container.
Cooking - Boil water add ghee/butter ,add cerelac powder any vegetable or fruit grate stirr continuously semi solid texture cook for 7-8 minutes you can change texture bit month by Month.
If you wanna go for packed cerelac then fruit flavours Apple, orange,mixed fruits made of rice/wheat/ragi are available , check suitability and baby taste preference and then purchase ,you can check by giving normal fruit, vegetables puriees and check suitability and baby taste preference.
