Hi dear, after bathing a baby, it is generally recommended to apply mild moisturizer first then you can go with powder, you can use Johnson's Baby Powder, it is made from natural plant based ingredients, absorbs excessive moisture and keeps baby skin dry. I m also using this for my baby as it is clinically proven and safe to use.

Himalaya baby powder is good if you want to use that you can go ahead with that it’s good to be used on the skin or even for the face of your child if you want to use it even on every day basis you definitely can proceed with it there is no problem in it
