the minimum diet to be given is half a katori that is around 100 ml 3 times per day made from cereals pulses vegetables.
half katori twice daily from fruits
and milk to be continued
at this age also milk consist of 70% of the diet so no need to rush much upon the food .
homemade diet is better compared to readymade processed baby food.
also fruits and juices can be added and you can add dry fruits powder also.

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care.
