Okay it’s not turning it has to be six months complete there is a difference between two things so you know when you say the child is turning seven months that’s when you start with the food not before that’s the basic food is going to include a very basic stuff that you need to introduce Dal water rice water followed by all other kind of fruits and vegetables Khichdi porridge mash Banana mash potato make sure to include varieties of dairy products sweet potato beetroot and all these things into the diet of your child
