Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding good growth you should do a propefr balance diet with all kinds of nutrients called green vegetables fruits and dairyx products you can also give some multivitamin like syp bevon 5 ml for 1mth

Hi It is just going to be the same food that you’re preparing for your entire family on an every day basis that’s the right food to be given to the child after the age of 10 months itself so just focus on the same mail for the child after the age of 10 months
