Whether burping sound is indication that baby is full or it's just the air got released?

A. Its A sign of digestion only that the food has been digested properly on the measure has been adjusted properly but even after that your child is going to vomit sometimes but that is also completely normal because that’s too much of stomach reflux in the body which is common with kids at this age
