it is natural process
so if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about Motions frequency and it's texture.
offer small and frequent meal.
include natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc in your child diet.
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
