Q.
whenever I try to give my 4 year old son nuts he gets loose motion. though I soak it in water all night, even then his stomach get upset within an hour after eating it

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. do not give a mixture of all the dry fruit give one at a time so that you can know if baby is not able to digest which specific dry fruit and also you should give only the Limited amount not much at a time
