whenever I lift my son by holding his body, i can hear some air crack like noise or sound in the shoulder joints. what is the reason ? and why is he not strong in developing strong muscles?

A. The joints of the child and the bones of the child are still building up which is why you can hear this kind of a sound which mostly people complain saying cut cut kind of a sound we are so that is the sound of the bones but there is nothing wrong need to be worried
