Whenever I itch, I am having red bumps on the skin. Doctor suggested citrazinine tablet. But still not getting permanent solution to my problem. Please help is getting severe in the night time and occasionally in the day times.

Apply coconut oil or almond oil want to do skill that will at least remove the itchiness from the skin for the time being and the medicine that the doctor has advised you is an antiallergic it is not a permanent solution so you should either consult a skin specialist or go for a homoeopathic treatment or lastly if it is an allergy consult an allergy Doctor Who specialises specifically in allergy
