It Can actually happen anytime three months and in between the time of three months to 17 months if your child doesn’t get a single teeth then you can ask your doctor consult a paediatric dentist as of now it is normal and when a child starts to have its teeth you will see that the child will have swelling in the gums they will try to bite you they will basically have diarrhoea fever loss of appetite all these things are connected with it
