ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi milk teeth start to fall by the age of 5.5-6.5 years.. if milk teeth do not fall and permanent teeth start to erupt behind the milk teeth then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist

It Actually can start falling after the age of 4 to 5 years at any point of time in the process can go up till the age of 12 to 13 years some kids have the teeth for after the age of 6 to 7 years also but that is also very much so always try to maintain proper oral hygiene so your kids teeth do not get any kind of a cavity
