Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy7 months agoA. Hai good evening !! Semi solids are suggested after 6 months to all infants including preterm babies. Premature babies gain weight and reaches to average weight by 3-5 months as baby is 4 months old continue milk until 6 months and start semi solids after reaching 6th month. Check suitability of every new food item start with semi liquid easy digestible fruit,vegetable puriee,mashes,cerelac,porridges.
