when we have to start cerlac to the baby,present my baby comlpete 5 months

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. The general recommendation is to start solids after 6 months. A month old baby is too young for Cerelac or any other form of solid food as their digestive system is not fully developed to digest solid food. Mother's milk is the best source of nutrition for infants.
