if you had a normal delivery you can start with regular exercise after three to four months and if you had a c-section delivery you should wait till your baby is 6 months old any which ways the diet can be started after the first month of delivery itself

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat required amounts of fibre and protein. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day.
